National Credit Ratings Limited (NCR) has assigned surveillance entity rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements as on December 31, 2024.
PRIMEBANK: Credit Rating Result
Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
LHB: Company signs Gas Sales Agreements with JGTDS for 10 years
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company has approved two (02) Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs) to be executed between the Company and Jalalabad Gas Transmission and Distribution System Limited (JGTDS) for supply of natural gas to the company's plant located at Noarai, Chhatak, Sunamganj. The GSAs are effective for a term of ten (10) years from January 18, 2026 with a provision for successive renewal. This will ensure continuous energy security for the company.
SONARBAINS: Q1 Financials
(Q1 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. 0.44 for January-March 2025 as against Tk. 0.58 for January-March 2024. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. 0.19 for January-March 2025 as against Tk. 0.15 for January-March 2024. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 20.68 as on March 31, 2025 and Tk. 20.24 as on March 31, 2024.
DBLPBOND: Declaration of Record Date
Dhaka Bank PLC., issuer of Dhaka Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that the 5th semi-annual coupon payment (Public Portion) of Dhaka Bank Perpetual Bond for the period from February 01, 2025 to July 31, 2025 will fall due on August 01, 2025. The Trustee of the bond has declared the Record Date on July 24, 2025 for entitlement of the coupon payment.

(0.35) respectively for the year ended December 31, 2023.
