The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on May 25, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.

STANDBANKL: Regarding Board Meeting under LR 19(1) and 16(1)
The company has informed that Annual Audited Financial Statements for the year ended on 31st December, 2024 and Un-Audited Financial Statements for the 1st quarter ended on 31st March, 2025 of the company have not been considered on May 19, 2025 by the Board of Directors. Revised date for consideration/adoption of the said Financial Statements will be notified later.
UCB: Withdrawal of Agendas from the 512th Board Meeting
The company has informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the following agendas of the 512th Board Meeting scheduled for May 19, 2025 have been withdrawn: 1. Consideration of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024; and 2. Consideration of the Un-audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) ended March 31, 2025. The rescheduled date and time of the Board Meeting to consider the above agendas will be notified in due course.
