Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.04.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they are yet to receive approval of "Stock Dividend" from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). They have also informed that if Stock Dividend is approved, there will be a separate record date.
PRIMEFIN: Q1 Financials
(Q1 Un-audited): Consolidated EPS was Tk. (0.29) for January-March 2023 as against Tk. (0.34) for January-March 2022. Consolidated NOCFPS was Tk. (0.37) for January-March 2023 as against Tk. (0.41) for January-March 2022. Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 6.71 as on March 31, 2023 and Tk. 6.99 as on March 31, 2022.
