ONEBANKPLC: Reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1)
The Company has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on May 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.

BANKASIA: Transfer of shares outside the Trading System of the Exchange
Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of 4,600,000 shares of Bank Asia PLC. of Mrs. Nahid Akhter Sinha, a sponsor of the company, to Union Capital Limited (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from May 15, 2025 other than by way of gift under Regulation 47 (1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 30.04.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to newly declared of Eid-Ul-Azha's Holiday, the scheduled Record Date of the company has been shifted to 15.06.2025 instead of 12.06.2025. Other things will remain unchanged.
