BATASHOE: Board Meeting schedule under LR 19(1)
As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 22, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.
RUNNERAUTO: Declaration of share transfer by a Sponsor Director
Mr. Md. Mozammel Hossain, a Sponsor Director of the company, has expressed his intention to transfer 2,270,800 shares of the company to his son Mr. Mahamud Al Nahian and 1,135,400 shares of the company to his daughter Ms. Nowsheen Ishrat Promee (both are general shareholder of the company), by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2025.
IDLC: Reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1)
The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will now be held on April 17, 2025 at 4:00 PM instead of earlier declared April 13, 2025 to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2024.
