MAGURAPLEX: Board Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on April 29, 2025 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.
KAY&QUE: Prohibition on providing loan facilities to purchase securities
The Stock Brokers and Merchant Bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase the securities of Kay & Que (Bangladesh) Ltd. in between 1st to 7th trading days following the change of categorization, with effect from April 15, 2025 as per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated December 26, 2021.

The Company will be placed in 'B' category from existing 'Z' category with effect from April 15, 2025 as the Company has reported disbursement of 3% Cash and 2% Stock Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024.

On the close of operation on April 10, 2025, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 8.38 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 11.38 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 560,077,885.54 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 760,994,715.69 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.
