SONALIPAPR: Regarding EGM to purchase a running paper mill
The company has informed that considering the increased demand and to mitigate it by increasing present production & sales of the Company, the Board has considered to purchase a running paper mill and asked management to seek such a mill and to get finance from available source subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the company through EGM.
