Mr. Md. Ekramul Haque, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has reported that he has completed his transfer of 2,50,000 shares of the Company to his brother Mr. Md. Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Simtex Industries PLC.' instead of 'Simtex Industries Limited' with effect from March 24, 2025. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
