NFML: Board Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on March 24, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2024.
NCCBANK: Approval of Bangladesh Bank for amendments of AoA
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 20.11.2024 regarding holding of AGM, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has accorded their approval against Agenda items bearing No. 01-03 for amendments of Articles i.e. Article 91, 94(1) and 94(2) of the Articles of Association of the company which were duly passed in the EGM held on January 07, 2025.
