MARICO: Spot for entitlement of Interim Dividend
Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 19.11.2025 to 20.11.2025 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 23.11.2025 for entitlement of Interim Dividend.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 16.11.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that sponsor shareholding as on date 54.14% number of share is 10,29,34,705 shares out of 19,01,63,216. As per BOD recommendation, 2% cash dividend for General Share Holders (which is in number 8,72,28,511) is Tk. 1,74,45,702.00.
