As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on February 09, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended December 31, 2024.
RINGSHINE: Postponement of Board Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 26.01.2025 regarding board meeting schedule under LR 16(1), the company has further informed that the Board of Directors, in its meeting, has decided to defer the approval of the Un-Audited Financial Statements (Q2) 2024-2025. This decision was made as the draft financial statements have not yet been received and finalized. The rescheduled date and time will be reported in due course.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated today i.e., 30.01.2025, regarding Q2 Financials, the company has further informed that NOCFPS was Tk. (1.49) for July-December 2024 as against Tk. (1.41) for July-December 2023.
ISNLTD: Revised Q2 Financials
(Q2 Un-audited): The company has informed that they did unintentional typing mistake in their PSI. According to their revised PSI, EPS was Tk. (0.03) instead of 0.03 for the period October-December 2024.
SONALIPAPR: Credit Rating Result
Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Surveillance entity rating of the Company as "A2" and short term loan rating "ST-3" along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, bank liability position as on December 31, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
