Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Continental Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Continental Insurance Limited' with effect from January 07, 2025. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
