SUMITPOWER: BSEC's consent for extension of financial statement submission
The company has informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given consent to extend the time for submission of audited financial statements for the year ended on 30 June 2024 (against the scheduled date of 28 October 2024), first quarterly un-audited financial statements for the period ended on 30 September 2024 (against the scheduled date of 14 November 2024) and second quarterly un-audited financial statements for the period ending on (cont.)

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 26.11.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the AGM will be held on February 10, 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Factory Premises (Uzilab, Sreepur, Gazipur, Bangladesh) and Online Platform. Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 05.12.2024, the company has further informed that they are yet to get any feedback from Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) relating to approval of the said Stock Dividend and subsequent record date for issuance of 7.50% Stock Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024.
