Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 31.10.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company will be held at 2:30 PM instead of 11:00 AM on December 22, 2024 in Chittagong Boat Club, Chattogram.

Alpha Credit Rating PLC (Alpha Rating) has assigned the Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB-" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on the audited financial statements as on June 30, 2024 and relevant qualitative information till December 18, 2024.

The company has informed that the Supreme Court Appellate Division on 18.12.2024 has issued an order regarding continuation of banking operation/transaction of bank accounts of the company. As per the court order of Supreme Court Appellate Division, the company will continue banking transaction in respect of the subject matter of the case till disposal of the appeal.
