NAHEEACP: Name Change of the Company
Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel PLC.' instead of 'Nahee Aluminum Composite Panel Ltd' with effect from December 05, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
KAY&QUE: Regarding consent of issuing 2% Bonus Shares
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 12.11.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that they submitted application for consent of issuing 2% bonus shares recommended by the Board of Directors of the company to Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission but not received any update yet.
