Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Islamic Finance & Investment PLC.' instead of 'Islamic Finance & Investment Limited' with effect from November 28, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
SAMATALETH: Dividend Declaration (Revised Information)
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 25.11.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the cash dividend payable to general shareholders will be Tk. 2,72,989.48 (excepting Sponsor and Directors who hold 34,95,263 shares out of total 1,03,20,000 shares) for the year ended on June 30, 2024, instead of earlier declared Tk. 206,400.00. Other information will remain unchanged regarding this.
