TITASGAS: Decision to convert share money deposit to Non-Cum. Preference Share
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has taken the following decisions in its 863rd Board Meeting held on 14 November, 2024: Company will convert its Share money deposit amount of Taka 282.75 crore to Non-Cumulative Preference Share in favor of Government of Bangladesh after completing all necessary formalities of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC).
