ASIAINS: Name Change of the Company
Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'Asia Insurance PLC.' instead of 'Asia Insurance Limited' with effect from November 11, 2024. Other things (except name) will remain unchanged.
