The Board of Directors has recommended 40% Cash Dividend for the year ended June 30, 2024. Date of AGM: 29.12.2024, Time: 10:30 AM, Venue: Virtual Platform. Record Date: 25.11.2024. The Company has also reported consolidated EPS of Tk. 13.07, consolidated NAV per share of Tk. 107.48 and consolidated NOCFPS of Tk. 18.75 for the year ended June 30, 2024 as against Tk. 10.34, Tk. 97.91 and Tk. 13.64 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2023.
