The company has informed that Mr. S. M. Shamsul Alam, a Sponsor Director of the company, has completed his transfer of total 3,64,39,253 shares of the company comprising 9,175,701 shares to his daughter Ms. Tahmina Afrose Tanna (a director of the company); 18,175,701 shares to his daughter Ms. Sabiha Jarin Orona and 9,087,851 shares to his spouse Ms. Shahinur Akter Jolly by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per news disseminated on 15.09.2024.
