The rental agreement is effective for a period of five years, commencing on January 1, 2024. The agreed-upon rent rate is Tk. 20.00 only per square feet or Tk. 3,52,800 per month and facilities services & maintenance charge is Tk. 2.50 per square feet or Tk. 50,000 per month to be paid.
