GP: Spot for Interim dividend entitlement
Trading of the shares of the company will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle with cum benefit from 11.08.2024 to 12.08.2024 and trading of the shares will remain suspended on record date i.e., 13.08.2024 for entitlement of interim dividend.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 28.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided to postpone the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 12, 2024 at 11.30 AM by using Hybrid Platform due to unavoidable circumstances. The date and time of the forthcoming 11th Annual General Meeting will be notified later.
