The Trustee of the Fund has further informed that, the Trustee Meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on August 08, 2024 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Fund for the year ended June 30, 2024.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.04.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the 11th AGM of the company which is supposed to be held on 08 August 2024 at Kurmitola Golf Club Banquet Hall through Hybrid System has been postponed. Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.05.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 29th AGM of the company scheduled to be held on August 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM through virtually by using Digital Platform has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. The date and time of the forthcoming 29th AGM will be notified later.
