UCB2PBOND: Reschedule of meeting date regarding coupon rate & record date
United Commercial Bank PLC., Issuer of UCB 2nd Perpetual Bond, has further informed that the scheduled meeting of the Trustee of UCB 2nd Perpetual Bond will be held on July 24, 2024 at 2:30 PM instead of earlier declared date on July 22, 2024, for the fixation of Semi-annual coupon rate and to declare the Record Date for the entitlement of coupon payment for the period from February 01, 2024 to July 31, 2024.
