Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.04.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the issuance of 5% stock dividend is pending at Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Stock Dividend will be disbursed/credited upon having approval/decision from BSEC. Once the approval is obtained a 2nd record date for stock dividend only will be declared accordingly.
