On the close of operation on 30-Sep-2026, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 9.84 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 11.72 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 984,316,204.46 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 1,171,741,282.70 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.

PTL: Appointment of independent asset valuer to carry out revaluation of PP&E
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 30th September, 2026 has decided to valuation of the Property, Plant and Equipment ("PPE") including land and buildings as at 30 June 2026 to determine the current fair market value of these assets and to appropriately reflect their value in the financial statements of the company in accordance with the International Valuation Standards (IVS), BAS, BFRS and in compliance with the (cont.1)

Trading of the units of the fund will be allowed only in the Spot Market and Block transaction will also be settled as per spot settlement cycle from 04.10.2026 to 05.10.2026 and trading of the fund will remain suspended on record date i.e., 06.10.2026 for Special General Meeting.

Trading of the units of the fund will remain suspended on record date i.e., 04.10.2026 for Special General Meeting. The Asset Manager of the Fund has also informed that the trading in the Units of the Fund on Stock Exchanges will remain suspended from the Record Date until further notice or otherwise communicated by the Fund.
