CVOPRL: Dividend Declaration
The Board of Directors has recommended 10.00% cash dividend for all shareholders for the year ended on 30-Jun-2024. Date of AGM: 11-Dec-2024, Time: 11:00 AM, Venue: Hybrid (The AGM venue details will be conveyed through the AGM notice). Record Date: 31-Oct-2024. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 2.34, NAV per share of Tk. 10.31 and NOCFPS of Tk. 2.77 for the year ended on 30-Jun-2024 as against Tk. 0.46, Tk. 8.27 and Tk. 1.42 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
