Dr. Kazi Aktar Hamid, a Sponsor Director of the Company, has expressed his intention to transfer 500,000 shares of the Company to his son, Mr. Shahil Hamid, a general shareholder of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange within April 30, 2026.
