CAPITECGBF: Daily NAV
On the close of operation on January 11, 2026, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 9.94 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 10.93 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 1,548,126,481.34 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 1,701,936,471.69 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.
DSE NEWS: Annual Rebalancing of DSEX, DSMEX & Semi-Annual Rebalancing of DS30
In accordance with the index methodology, the Index Committee of DSE has completed the annual rebalancing of DSE Bangladesh Broad Index (DSEX), semi-annual rebalancing of DSE Bangladesh 30 Index (DS30) and annual rebalancing of DSE SME Growth Index (DSMEX) for January 2026. PRIMEFIN: Revised Tick Size of BDT 0.01 Applied for the Company
The Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) introduced a revised tick size of BDT 0.01 for securities trading below BDT 1, effective from October 29, 2025. The market price of Prime Finance & Investment Ltd. has fallen to BDT 0.90, so a revised tick size of BDT 0.01 has been applied for the company.
ALLTEX: Credit Rating Result
ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has rated the Company as "BBB-" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Negative outlook based on the audited financial statements up to June 30, 2025 and unaudited financial statements for the period ended September 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
FORTUNE: Board Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on January 15, 2026 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, Un-Audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.
DOMINAGE: Inspection of factory premises of Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd.
A team of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) inspected the factory premises of Dominage Steel Building Systems Limited at Ashulia, Savar, and Polash, Narsingdi on November 03 and 04, 2025, respectively, to assess the company's current operational status. During the inspection, it was observed that the Ashulia, Savar unit of the company was operational, while the Polash, Narsingdi unit of the company was found closed.
