FARCHEM: Name Change of the Company
Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the proposed name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be 'FAR Chemical & Textile Ind. PLC' instead of 'FAR Chemical Industries Limited' with effect from September 21, 2026. Other information (except name) will remain unchanged.
MTB: Completion of Transmission of Deceased Sponsor's shares to his nominees
The Company has further informed that 3,063,632 shares of the Company held by Late Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, one of the Sponsors of the Company, have been transmitted in equal proportions (50% each) to the BO accounts of his two nominees: (i) Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur (Son), a Director of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Munize Manzur (Daughter), a Sponsor of the Company, by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on August 25, 2026.
ENVOYTEX: Board Meeting schedule under LR 19(1)
As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on September 27, 2026 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended June 30, 2026.

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Initial rating of the Company as "AA" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Positive outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2025 along with unaudited financial statements up to June 30, 2026 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
