RAHIMAFOOD: Company signed manufacturing agreement with City Edible Oil
The company has informed that in order to maximize its shareholders' value, the Board of Directors of the company has decided to utilize its spare bottling capacity through contract manufacturing agreement with City Edible Oil. A 5 years agreement to the effect was signed between the management of Rahima Food Corporation Ltd. and City Edible Oil, allowing the usage of the Rahima Foods Corporation Ltd. bottling capacity for contract manufacturing of their products. IFADAUTOS: Regarding reschedule of 37th AGM of the company
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 07.12.2025 regarding Time, Venue and Mode of AGM, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on December 18, 2025 has decided to reschedule the 37th Hybrid Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company from December 27, 2025 to December 30, 2025. All other information in the AGM notice remains unchanged.

The issuer of Bank Asia 1st Perpetual Bond has informed that the Trustee of the Bond has declared Coupon Rate @ 10.00% per annum for the coupon period from December 28, 2025 to June 27, 2026. Coupon Payment Date: June 28, 2026.
DOMINAGE: Inspection of factory premises of Dominage Steel Building Systems Ltd.
A team of Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) inspected the factory premises of Dominage Steel Building Systems Limited at Ashulia, Savar, and Polash, Narsingdi on November 03 and 04, 2025, respectively, to assess the company's current operational status. During the inspection, it was observed that the Ashulia, Savar unit of the company was operational, while the Polash, Narsingdi unit of the company was found closed.
