As per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on November 06, 2025 at 6:30 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended on June 30, 2025.
CAPMBDBLMF: Reschedule of Trustee Committee Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
The Trustee of the Fund has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances the meeting of the Trustee Committee as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on November 04, 2025 at 3:30 PM instead of October 30, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Fund for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended September 30, 2025.

BATBC: Approval for transitioning Kushtia GLTP to regular operations
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on October 30, 2025 approved the proposal for transitioning Green Leaf Threshing Plant (GLTP) in Kushtia from Seasonal to regular operation in order to cater to the increasing leaf export need subject to necessary legal and regulatory approvals.
