WALTONHIL: AGM to be held through Hybrid System
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 04.09.2025 regarding dividend declaration,the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 29th September 2025 has decided to hold the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company through a Hybrid System, combining Physical Presence (Venue: Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206) and using Digital Platform on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at 11:00 A.M. instead of earlier decision of holding the AGM through Digital Platform.
LOVELLO: Board Meeting schedule under LR 16(1)
As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on October 09, 2025 at 3:30 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Third Quarter (Q3) period ended March 31, 2025.
