GENEXIL: Prohibition on providing loan facilities to purchase securities
The Stock Brokers and Merchant Bankers are requested to abstain from providing loan facilities to purchase the securities of Genex Infosys PLC in between 1st to 7th trading days following the change of categorization, with effect from September 29, 2025 as per BSEC Directive No. BSEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/32 dated December 26, 2021.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 14.07.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided that the 25th Annual General Meeting of the company which was scheduled to be held on September 29, 2025 has been postponed due to unavoidable circumstances. A new date, time and venue for the rescheduled AGM will be notified later.

On the close of operation on September 25, 2025, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 7.64 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 11.42 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 1,095,047,830.00 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 1,636,185,971.00 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.
