As per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, the Company has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors will be held on August 31, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the First Quarter (Q1) period ended March 31, 2025 and Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2025.

FIRSTSBANK: Regarding Postponement of 26th AGM of the Company
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 01.06.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company has decided unanimously to postpone the ensuing 26th Annual General Meeting of the company scheduled to be held on September 15, 2025 due to unavoidable circumstances. The new date and other information related to the 26th Annual General Meeting will be notified later on.

The company has informed that they have been noticing for the past few days that their company's share price and volume have shown an unusual hike and they are quite surprised and worried to watch it. They have also stated that there are no operational or structural changes in the company or any incident that might have an impact on the price or volume of the company's shares.
