Refer to their earlier news disseminated today i.e., 20.08.2025 regarding IPO proceeds utilization, where the company incorrectly mentioned the 11th Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on August 19, 2024. The company has now informed that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) was held on August 19, 2025 instead of earlier mentioned August 19, 2024.

The Company has informed that it has disbursed the Cash Dividend for the year ended December 31, 2024 to the respective shareholders.
IBBLPBOND: Reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1)
Islami Bank Bangladesh PLC, the Issuer of IBBL Mudaraba Perpetual Bond has further informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bond as per Regulation 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on August 26, 2025 at 3:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Bond for the year ended December 31, 2024.
