On the close of operation on 01-Sep-2026, the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk. 9.38 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk. 15.01 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk. 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk. 187,660,841.92 on the basis of current market price and Tk. 300,234,076.46 on the basis of cost price after considering all assets and liabilities of the Fund.

The company has informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC), vide its letter dated 31.08.2026 has accorded its consent for issuance of 4,59,00,000 (Four Crore and Fifty-Nine Lac) number of Irredeemable Non-Cumulative Preference Shares of Tk. 10 each amounting total Tk. 45,90,00,000 (Forty-Five Crore and Ninety Lac) in favor of Government of Bangladesh represented by Secretary, Power Division, Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources against GOB equity.
