PROVATIINS: Completion of Transmission of Deceased Director's Shares to Nominees
The Company has further informed that 806,626 shares of the Company held by Late Mr. Shahadat Hussain, a Director of the Company, have been transmitted in equal proportions (50% each) to the BO accounts of his two nominees: (i) Ms. Afsana Parvin (daughter), a General Shareholder of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Farhana Parvin Alo (daughter), also a General Shareholder of the Company, by way of nomination as per the news disseminated by DSE on June 04, 2026.
MTB: Transmission of Deceased Sponsor's shares to his nominees
Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.04.2025, the Company has informed that 3,063,632 shares (out of the remaining 3,774,394 shares) held by Late Mr. Syed Manzur Elahi, one of the Sponsors of the Company, will also be transmitted to the accounts of his nominees: (i) Mr. Syed Nasim Manzur (Son), a Director of the Company, and (ii) Ms. Munize Manzur (Daughter), a Sponsor of the Company, in equal proportions, with each receiving 50% of the shares.

Mr. SAK Ekramuzzaman, Sponsor Shareholder and Managing Director of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited has declared that he is the Proprietor of Mohammed Trading.
