We deeply mourn the death of Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed, Chairman of AD Holdings & Securities Limited (DSE TREC #213). He passed away on August 1, 2025, at 5:12 PM Bangladesh time at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore (Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji'un). Mr. Azim Uddin Ahmed's body is expected to arrive in Dhaka on the night of Sunday, August 3, 2025. The first Namaz-e-Janaza will be held at the North South University Campus (cont.)
MLDYEING: Credit Rating Result
Emerging Credit Rating Ltd. (ECRL) has affirmed surveillance rating of the Company as "A-" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, quarterly unaudited financial statement upto March 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
