Credit Rating Information and Services Limited (CRISL) has assigned the company as "BB" in the long term and "ST-6" for short term along with Developing outlook in consideration of its audited financials up to June 30, 2024 also unaudited financials up to March 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

PHOENIXFIN: Change of AGM date
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 24.05.2025 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the 30th AGM of the company will be held on August 21, 2025 at 11:30 AM instead of earlier declared date on August 11, 2025. Other information relating to the 30th AGM will remain unchanged.
