AIL: BSEC cancelled the review application for raising capital of BDT 200 crore
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 29.10.2024 regarding AIL Convertible Bond and Others, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter no BSEC/CI/CPLC-1022/2022/444 has cancelled the review application for raising of capital of BDT 200 crore.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 13.05.2025 regarding Board approval for issuance of Subordinated Bond of BDT 800.00 Crore, the company has further informed that Board of Directors has approved the issuance of Zero-Coupon Subordinated Bond, replacing the Board's earlier decision regarding a Floating Rate Subordinated Bond.
