ARGUS Credit Rating Services Limited (ACRSL) has announced the rating of the Company as "A-" for long term and "ST-3" for Short term with outlook as "Negative" in consideration of audited financials of the company up to June 30, 2024 and unaudited financial statements ending March 31, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.
TRUSTBANK: Approval for issuance of TBL Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Bond
The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on 27 May 2025 has approved issuance of TBL Fully Redeemable Non-Convertible Unsecured Subordinated Bond-VIII worth BDT 800.00 Crore (Taka Eight Hundred Crore) only to strengthen the capital base subject to approval of Regulatory Authorities.
