Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 03.02.2025 regarding Change/Re-fixation of Date and Time of 49th AGM of the company, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company has decided to hold the 49th AGM by using the digital platform on 25-02-2025 at 04:30 pm in lieu of 22-02-2025 at 12:00 Noon due to unavoidable circumstances. All other matters/information regarding 49th AGM will remain unchanged.
