LIBRAINFU: High Court Directive to ensure financial support for Libra Infusions
The company has informed that the Honorable High Court has issued a Rule Nisi instructing Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC. to provide all forms of financial assistance to Libra Infusions Limited in accordance with the agreement executed between them. As a result of this directive, there will no longer be any shortfall in the working capital of Libra Infusions Limited. Consequently, there are no longer any obstacle to full-scale production.

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 23.12.2024 regarding Conversion of Beximco Green-Sukuk Al Istisna'a, the issuer of Beximco Green-Sukuk Al Istisna'a has informed that a total 33,820 ordinary shares of Tk.10/- each of Bangladesh Export Import Company Ltd. already been credited on 23rd December, 2024 to the respective BO IDs of the 27 Nos. of Sukukholders who applied for conversion of their Sukuk holdings into ordinary shares of Bangladesh Export Import Company Limited.
APOLOISPAT: Dividend declaration (additional information)
Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on November 21, 2024, regarding the board's approval of financial statements and AGM schedule, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors recommended No Dividend for the financial years ending June 30, 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023, which was subsequently approved in the 26th to 29th AGMs of the company held on December 19, 2024.

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 18.03.2024 regarding Amalgamation of Padma Bank PLC. with the company, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the company in its meeting held on December 23, 2024 has decided not to carry out the amalgamation/merger of Padma Bank PLC. with the company.
DBLPBOND: Declaration of Record Date
Dhaka Bank PLC., issuer of Dhaka Bank Perpetual Bond has informed that the 4th semi-annual coupon payment (Public Portion) of Dhaka Bank Perpetual Bond for the period from August 01, 2024 to January 31, 2025 will fall due on February 01, 2025. The Trustee of the bond has declared the Record Date on January 20, 2025 for entitlement of the coupon payment.
