Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "BBB2" in the long term and "ST-3" in the short term along with Stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to June 30, 2024, bank liability position as on November 30, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

IFADAUTOS: BSEC's consent regarding 1% Stock Dividend of the company
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 17.11.2024 regarding Stock Dividend, the company has further informed that the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) has given their consent regarding declared 1% Stock Dividend of the company for the year ended June 30, 2024. The record date for entitlement of 1% Stock Dividend will be December 22, 2024.

Record date: 07.01.2025. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. (2.58), NAV per share of Tk. 31.51 and NOCFPS of Tk. 1.47 for the year ended June 30, 2024 as against Tk.
