BANKASIA: Transfer of shares outside the Trading System of the Exchange
Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the transfer of total 3,000,000 shares of Bank Asia PLC. of Mrs. Hosneara Sinha, a sponsor of the company, to Union Capital Limited (the transferee) within 30 working days with effect from December 09, 2024 under Regulation 47 (1)(d) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015 as well as other applicable laws.

Consolidated NAV per share was Tk. 42.71 as on September 30, 2024 and Tk. 41.72 as on June 30, 2024.
