Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2024 regarding decision to issue Subordinated Bond, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank has given No Objection Certificate (NOC) for EXIM 6th Subordinated Bond for Tk. 250.00 crore (Taka two hundred fifty crore) only instead of Tk. 300.00 crore (Taka three hundred crore). Other things in the previously disseminated news in this regard will remain unchanged.
