BNICL: Credit Rating Result
Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has upgraded surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual report from 2020 to 2023, six months unaudited financial statement till June 30, 2024 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.
STANDBANKL: Corrigendum of PSI regarding Standard Bank 4th Subordinated Bond
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 02.05.2024 regarding issuance of Standard Bank Coupon bearing non-convertible fully redeemable unsecured 4th Subordinated Bond, the company has further informed that Bangladesh Bank vide a letter dated August 12, 2024, has issued their No Objection Certificate (NOC) for BDT 350 Crore, instead of originally requested BDT 1,000 Crore. All other details of the proposed bond, including its purpose, terms, and conditions will remain unchanged.

There will be no price limit on the trading of the Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond today (17.09.2024) following its corporate declaration.

Pubali Bank PLC., issuer of Pubali Bank Perpetual Bond, has informed that the coupon rate of the bond will be @ 10.00% per annum for the next semiannual coupon period from September 23, 2024 to March 22, 2025.
