NTC: Regarding extension of time for subscription of proposed capital raising
Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 19.06.2024 regarding resumption of subscription of the proposed capital raising of the company, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to extend the subscription closing date up to September 19, 2024 (During Banking hours). All other information of PSI disseminated by DSE on 17.04.2023 in this regard will remain unchanged.
TB10Y0825: Suspension for Record date (Revised)
Refer to the earlier news disseminated regarding suspension for record date of the Government Security 10Y BGTB 19/08/2025 on 13.08.2024, trading of 10Y BGTB 19/08/2025 Government Securities will be suspended on record date i.e., 18.08.2024 and day before the record date i.e., 15.08.2024 instead of 14.08.2024 and 18.08.2024 due to cancellation of government holiday on August 15, 2024. Trading of the Government Securities will resume on 19.08.2024.
PADMALIFE: Q1 Financials
(Q1 Un-audited): As per life revenue account of the company for January to March 2024, Balance of Life Insurance Fund was BDT (2,613,124,973) as on March 31, 2024 as against BDT (2,390,082,057) as on March 31, 2023. Net premium was BDT 28,705,742 during January-March 2024 as against BDT 31,714,579 during January-March 2023. Total expenses were BDT 105,914,810 during January-March 2024 as against BDT 89,778,548 during January-March 2023.

The Trustee Committee of the Fund has approved 6.5% Cash Dividend based on present year realized profit, previous retained earnings and reserves for distribution of profit for the year ended June 30, 2024. Record date: 05.09.2024. The Fund has reported EPU of Tk. 0.65, NAV per unit at market price of Tk. 16.05, NAV per unit at cost of Tk. 10.79 and NOCFPU of Tk. 0.61 for the year ended June 30, 2024 as against Tk. 0.65, Tk. 19.28, Tk. 10.80, and Tk. 0.54 respectively for the year ended June 30, 2023.

As per further application of LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited, the private placement subscription period of the first ever Exchange Traded Fund at DSE, namely "LB MULTI ASSET INCOME ETF" has been extended upto 5.00 p.m. of September 03, 2024 by the registered Eligible Investors (EIs) through electronic subscription system of the stock exchanges.
