DSE NEWS: Time extension of private placement subs. of LB MULTI ASSET INCOME ETF
As per further application of LankaBangla Asset Management Company Limited, the private placement subscription period of the first ever Exchange Traded Fund at DSE, namely "LB MULTI ASSET INCOME ETF" has been extended upto 5.00 p.m. of September 03, 2024 by the registered Eligible Investors (EIs) through electronic subscription system of the stock exchanges. Minimum subscription amount is BDT 100,000 and maximum amount would be BDT 500,000,000. (cont.)

The trustee of Southeast Bank 1st Perpetual Bond has informed that the upcoming record date of the bond will be September 03, 2024. The declared Coupon Rate for the semi-annual period from March 11, 2024 to September 10, 2024 is 10% p.a, at which the payment will be made on September 11, 2024.

DELTALIFE: Reschedule of Board Meeting under LR 19(1)
Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 08.08.2024, the Company has further informed that the Board meeting under LR 19(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, will be held on August 14, 2024 at 4:00 PM to consider, among others, audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended December 31, 2023.
